30-Day Money-Back Policy

This 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is part of the PostalBridge Terms of Service, Customer Agreement, Order Form, or other governing agreement between Lumivo, LLC d/b/a PostalBridge (“PostalBridge”) and the customer using the Services (“Customer”).

  • New customers can try PostalBridge risk-free for 30 days.
  • If Customer cancels within 30 days of the initial purchase, PostalBridge will refund eligible plan fees paid for that first purchase.
  • The Guarantee covers the subscription price only. It does not cover postage, shipping, forwarding, scan fees, third-party charges, add-ons, taxes, or other non-refundable charges unless PostalBridge says otherwise in writing.
  • The Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of an eligible plan. It does not restart on renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes.
  • PostalBridge may deny refunds for abuse, fraud, policy violations, or repeated use of the Guarantee.


1. What This Guarantee Covers

PostalBridge offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible new plan purchases. If Customer is not satisfied, Customer may cancel within 30 calendar days after the initial purchase date and request a refund of the eligible fees paid for that first plan purchase.

This Guarantee is intended to let new customers try PostalBridge with confidence.

2. Who Is Eligible

This Guarantee applies only to the first purchase of an eligible PostalBridge plan by a new Customer account, unless PostalBridge expressly states otherwise in writing.

The Guarantee does not apply to:

  • renewals;
  • upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes after the initial purchase;
  • additional accounts opened by the same person, company, or affiliated business to obtain another refund;
  • custom, enterprise, negotiated, or invoiced plans unless expressly included in writing.

3. What Is Refundable

If Customer qualifies under this Guarantee, PostalBridge will refund the amount paid for the eligible plan subscription for the initial purchase.

Unless PostalBridge expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the following are not refundable:

  • postage;
  • shipping or mail forwarding charges;
  • scan fees, special handling fees, storage fees, or other usage-based charges;
  • add-ons, setup fees, address verification fees, notarization fees, or similar optional services;
  • taxes;
  • third-party costs or pass-through charges;
  • amounts already credited, discounted, or refunded.

4. How to Qualify

To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, Customer must:

  • cancel the eligible plan within 30 calendar days after the initial purchase date;
  • request the refund within that same 30-day period;
  • be in compliance with PostalBridge’s Terms of Service, Fair Use Policy, and other applicable policies;
  • not have engaged in fraud, abuse, excessive usage abuse, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Services.

5. When the 30-Day Period Starts

The 30-day period begins on the date Customer first purchases the eligible plan, not the date Customer first logs in, activates a feature, receives mail, or begins using the Services.

6. When the Guarantee Does Not Apply

PostalBridge may deny a refund request if, in PostalBridge’s reasonable judgment:

  • the request is made after the 30-day period expires;
  • the account has violated PostalBridge’s Terms, Fair Use Policy, or other applicable policies;
  • the account was created or used in a fraudulent, abusive, or misleading way;
  • the Guarantee is being used repeatedly or in bad faith;
  • the plan was provided under custom, negotiated, enterprise, promotional, or special pricing that excluded this Guarantee;
  • the refund request relates to fees or charges that are not covered under Section 3 above.

7. Effect of Cancellation

If Customer cancels under this Guarantee, PostalBridge may close the account and stop providing Services after the cancellation becomes effective, subject to any legal or operational requirements that still apply.

Customer remains responsible for any non-refundable charges, outstanding balances, or obligations incurred before the account is closed.

8. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. No Partial or Repeat Guarantees

This Guarantee is limited to one qualifying initial plan purchase per Customer account and does not create a continuing or repeating refund right. It does not reset with renewals, upgrades, downgrades, reactivations, or new subscriptions opened to replace a canceled account.

10. Changes to This Guarantee

PostalBridge may update or discontinue this Guarantee at any time for future purchases by posting an updated version or otherwise providing notice as allowed under the governing agreement. Any such change will not affect a Guarantee already applicable to an eligible purchase made before the effective date of the change, unless allowed by law.
